How do I get started?
Simply give us a call and schedule a visit to our showroom. We are open by appointment Monday through Friday. We can also take orders over the phone or by email.
How much does it cost to stage a property?
Interim rents furnishings by the piece so prices can vary slightly. You can anticipate rental furniture to run on average $350 to $1700 per month and up, plus delivery fees and taxes. A three month rental is recommended, but a two month term can be arranged.
What is the delivery fee?
Moving fees vary by location and can range from $250 to $400 and up depending on quantity and location. This includes white glove delivery, set-up of furniture, disassembly and removal.
Do you have a minimum rental term?
Typical rental terms start at 3 month however a 2 month lease can be arranged.
Can I just buy the furniture?

Can you deliver to me in a day or two?
In most cases, the answer is yes! Ideally, it’s best for everyone if you can plan ahead with a 1 week lead time, but if the items you need are in stock, we can usually deliver them within 48 to 72 hours.
Do I need a decorator to furnish a home for sale?
We always recommend a professional to do the job correctly. You can send your own home stager/ decorator or use one of ours. You may also select items on your own from our showroom.
I live out of state, can I still work with Interim Furnishings?
If you live anywhere in New England, we will be happy to work with you by phone, web and email, to help you select furnishings and arrange delivery.
